Please read these terms before using the SPORTSWIN website, account features or premium services.

By accessing or using SPORTSWIN, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website or its services.
SPORTSWIN publishes football predictions, match analysis, performance information and related content for informational and entertainment purposes. Content is not financial advice, a guarantee, or a promise of any result, profit or return.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age required in your location, to use adult services. You are responsible for complying with local laws and making your own decisions. Never risk money you cannot afford to lose.
You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials and notify SPORTSWIN of suspected unauthorized access. Email verification and a secure session may be required. Never email passwords, OTPs, full card numbers, PINs, secret keys or other secret credentials.
VIP passes are one-time purchases with manual renewal and no automatic charge. Access lasts 30 days. A same-tier renewal extends the active entitlement under the displayed entitlement policy; a tier switch replaces the old tier with 30 days of the new tier. Access is personal and may not be shared or resold.
You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape protected content, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, or violate applicable law or another person’s rights.
SPORTSWIN branding, website design, original text, data presentation and other owned materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Personal use does not grant permission to reproduce, sell or redistribute protected materials.
The website may link to third-party services. SPORTSWIN does not control their availability, content, security or privacy practices. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider’s terms.
A browser redirect alone does not establish payment success; SPORTSWIN verifies payments through trusted server processes. Refund requests must follow the Refund Policy, including its seven-calendar-day request window. A request or approval does not mean provider processing has completed.
Payment, refund, dispute and security records may be retained for fraud prevention, reconciliation, refunds, accounting and legal obligations. Account deletion blocks access immediately but may not erase those restricted records. A retained Firebase UID remains an identifier and is not anonymous data.
SPORTSWIN may update, suspend or discontinue website features when reasonably necessary. Records, schedules and live information may be delayed or unavailable because of maintenance, network failures, source-data issues or events outside SPORTSWIN’s control.
The website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, SPORTSWIN disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for decisions made in reliance on predictions or for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website.
These terms may be updated to reflect service, legal or operational changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. These payment and refund defaults require final owner/legal review before Live Mode.
