How refund requests for SPORTSWIN one-time VIP passes are reviewed.

SPORTSWIN VIP passes are one-time purchases. They do not renew automatically. Each pass provides 30 days of access under the tier and entitlement rules shown before purchase.
Submit a refund request within seven calendar days of payment. A request is reviewed and verified; submission does not guarantee approval.
A verified duplicate charge may be eligible. A successful payment where VIP access was not delivered and could not be recovered may also be eligible.
A prediction outcome, betting loss, change of mind after VIP access was delivered, or an expired VIP pass does not by itself qualify for a refund. Predictions are informational and for entertainment; outcomes are never guaranteed.
When a duplicate payment is proven, SPORTSWIN will seek to preserve the valid original purchase and remove only access attributable to the refunded duplicate. If later renewals or tier changes make that unsafe to determine, the case requires manual review.
Payment success is verified on the server and does not depend solely on the browser returning from Paystack. Contact support if a successful payment does not produce access. SPORTSWIN will first attempt safe verification or recovery.
Contact your bank or payment provider promptly about an unauthorized transaction and notify SPORTSWIN. A chargeback or suspected fraud may cause VIP access to be blocked immediately while the matter is reviewed.
The SPORTSWIN owner is the refund approval authority. Approval is not completion: a refund is complete only after a trusted provider result confirms success. Processing time depends on Paystack, the customer’s bank and the payment channel.
Never risk money you cannot afford to lose. This policy does not exclude statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Email info4sportswin@gmail.com from your account email. Include the payment date, tier, amount and your SPORTSWIN payment reference if available. Never send a password, OTP, full card number, PIN, secret key or other secret credential.
