A clear summary of SPORTSWIN account, payment and security data handling.

SPORTSWIN uses account identity and email-verification information to provide secure sessions and protected access. Payment processing may create restricted intent, fulfilment, reconciliation, refund, dispute and security records.
Paystack handles hosted payment entry. SPORTSWIN does not ask customers to email passwords, OTPs, PINs, full card numbers, secret keys or other secret credentials. Payment success is verified by trusted server processes rather than relying only on a browser redirect.
Restricted records may be used for access delivery, fraud prevention, reconciliation, refunds, disputes, accounting, legal obligations and service security. Client applications cannot read the private payment, refund, lifecycle or entitlement-control paths.
Restricted financial, refund, dispute and security evidence may be retained after account deletion. The exact duration remains configurable pending a written Ghanaian legal and accounting schedule. Retained Firebase UIDs are restricted identifiers; they are not anonymous data.
An accepted deletion request blocks VIP access immediately. Authentication and profile deletion continues through a trusted, retryable workflow, while restricted records may remain for the purposes above. Deletion does not automatically create a refund request.
SPORTSWIN uses access controls and server-side verification intended to limit private-data exposure. Paystack, Firebase and hosting providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.
