Privacy Policy

Sportswin provides sports predictions, match information, odds-related insights and booking-code information. This policy explains how the app and its service providers handle information when you use it.

1. Information we handle

The app does not ask you to create a public account or provide your name, phone number, physical address, payment details or betting-account credentials. Firebase Authentication creates an anonymous technical identifier so the app can securely access its Firebase services. This identifier does not contain your name, email address or password.

Depending on your device, region, consent choices and use of the app, Google services may automatically process:

• IP address and approximate location derived from it;
• device model, operating system, language, app version, network and carrier information;
• advertising ID, app-set ID, Firebase installation ID, anonymous authentication ID and notification token;
• app launches, screen views, taps, ad requests, impressions and interactions; and
• diagnostic, performance, error, consent and advertising-preference information.

Sportswin does not intentionally collect precise GPS location, contacts, photos, microphone recordings, payment-card details or government identification numbers.

2. Firebase services

Sportswin uses Firebase Authentication for anonymous access, Firebase Realtime Database to deliver predictions and booking codes, Google Analytics for Firebase to understand app usage and performance, and Firebase Cloud Messaging to deliver notifications. Google may process identifiers, device and usage data, IP addresses, diagnostics and notification tokens to provide these services, maintain security and prevent abuse.

Notifications can be disabled in Android settings. More information is available in Firebase Privacy and Security.

3. Advertising and consent

Sportswin displays banner, native and interstitial ads through Google AdMob. The Google Mobile Ads SDK may process IP addresses, approximate location, advertising and app identifiers, device information, ad interactions, diagnostics and fraud-prevention data to deliver and measure ads, limit repeated ads and prevent abuse.

Ads may be personalized or non-personalized depending on your region, device settings and consent choices. Where required, Google’s User Messaging Platform presents a consent message. You can review available choices in Sportswin → More → Ad Privacy Choices and manage advertising settings through Android or your Google Account.

4. Notifications and clipboard

If notifications are enabled, a Firebase registration token is used to deliver messages. When you tap a booking-code card, Sportswin writes that code to your clipboard so you can paste it elsewhere. The app does not need to read other clipboard content.

5. How information is used

Information may be used to provide app content; authenticate installations anonymously; maintain security; deliver notifications; display and measure ads; remember consent choices; understand usage; diagnose problems; improve reliability and user experience; prevent fraud or abuse; and meet legal obligations.

6. Sharing

We do not sell your name, email address, phone number or payment details. Technical, device, usage and advertising information may be processed by Google through Firebase, AdMob and Google Play Services for the purposes described above. Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to valid legal process, protect users or the public, or investigate fraud, abuse and security incidents.

7. Retention and deletion

Sportswin does not maintain public user profiles. Anonymous identifiers, analytics, advertising and Firebase installation data may be retained by Google according to service settings, legal requirements and Google’s retention policies. Uninstalling the app removes locally stored app data, but data already processed by service providers may remain for their applicable retention periods.

If you email us, we use the address and message content to respond, provide support or handle privacy and legal matters. We keep it only as long as reasonably needed for those purposes, dispute resolution or legal compliance.

You may request access to or deletion of information reasonably associated with you by emailing info4sportswin@gmail.com. Because most app data uses anonymous identifiers, we may need information to verify and locate relevant data and may not always be able to connect technical data to a particular person. You can also clear app storage, reset or delete your advertising ID, disable notifications or uninstall Sportswin.

8. Security and international processing

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. Firebase supports encryption in transit and at rest for supported services, and Google Mobile Ads data is encrypted in transit. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Google and its providers operate in multiple countries, so information may be processed outside your country of residence with safeguards required by applicable law.

9. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information; object to or restrict processing; withdraw consent; learn how information is used or shared; and complain to a data-protection authority. Email info4sportswin@gmail.com to make a request. Some information may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance or disputes.

10. Children

Sportswin is intended only for people aged 18 and above. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through the app, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

11. Predictions and third-party services

Sportswin provides predictions and related information for informational and entertainment purposes only. It does not accept wagers, hold or transfer betting funds, guarantee accuracy or returns, or operate as a bookmaker. Users are responsible for following applicable laws.

The app may show third-party ads or links. Sportswin does not control those services, and their own privacy policies apply when you use them.

12. Changes and contact

We may update this policy when app features, providers, legal obligations or data practices change. The revised version will be published at this URL with a new “Last updated” date, and material changes may also be communicated in the app.
